Airport, hotel and station connections

For a BCN arrival, use the flight details and the complete destination address. For a departure from your hotel, reverse the route and enter the requested collection time. A return airport journey is a separate movement with its own time and address; do not assume it is included in the arrival request.

For Barcelona Barcelona Sants station, add the train details and agree a collection point. If the station connects with a flight, explain both parts of the schedule. A transport enquiry should leave room for the connection rather than using a website estimate as a guarantee.

Further than the city centre

A journey to Sitges, Girona or Tarragona needs the final street address, date and any planned stops. Perpignan and Andorra la Vella can be included as cross-border requests for assessment. These examples guide an enquiry; they are not confirmed route schedules.

The right planning information is more useful than a generic driving-time promise. Give any fixed arrival requirement, expected breaks and the return plan if there is one. The quote should identify the actual route and the arrangements it covers.

Do route buttons provide a fixed fare?

No. They start a Transfer enquiry with suggested locations. The exact addresses, date, time, vehicle and requirements are needed for a quote. Review the price before confirming.

Can I reverse an airport route?

Yes. For a hotel-to-airport request, enter the hotel as pickup and BCN as destination. Use your requested hotel collection time, and put the flight details in the optional fields or comments.

Is a district name enough to confirm pickup?

No. Gothic Quarter, El Born, Eixample or Poblenou is useful context, but a full address and an agreed collection point are needed. Replace suggested locations with the actual address before sending.

Are the onward-city examples confirmed services?

They are destinations you can ask about. Availability, the precise route, stops and any cross-border conditions need to be checked for your request. No driving time or scheduled service is guaranteed here.
