Enquiry only · confirmation required.
01 / PLAN YOUR JOURNEY
When hourly hire is useful
Consider hourly hire when you expect several stops and want to discuss them as one itinerary. A planning example might begin at a hotel in El Born, continue to a meeting in Poblenou and end at a restaurant or another address. Give each stop a street address and distinguish a fixed appointment from a flexible visit.
For a single direct journey, the Transfer option may be clearer. If the day ends at BCN or continues beyond Barcelona, say so at the outset. A selected number of hours alone does not describe the distance, route or waiting that the quote needs to cover.
02 / PLAN YOUR JOURNEY
Describe the stops, including the quiet gaps
Write the desired collection time, the order of stops and the time you need to be at each fixed appointment. Include how long you expect to remain at a stop and whether the final drop-off is at the original pickup address. That prevents a gap between meetings from being mistaken for the end of the itinerary.
For visits around the Gothic Quarter, Montjuïc or the Sagrada Família area, separate driving from walking time, guiding, admissions and venue reservations. Tell us which stops are essential and which are flexible. Access, parking and the exact pickup point must be agreed; a vehicle request does not include attraction tickets or a guided tour.
03 / PLAN YOUR JOURNEY
Agree the scope before the day begins
The form offers requested durations from two to twelve hours in selected increments. These help describe an enquiry; they do not establish a minimum hire, hourly rate or included distance. Ask the quote to identify the time covered, mileage arrangements, planned waiting and what happens if the schedule runs longer.
A change of route or an additional stop may affect timing, availability and price. Explain likely changes when enquiring and agree how updates should be handled. If an appointment is critical, leave room in the plan for the road journey rather than treating every gap as driving time.

All seven vehicles for your journey
Choose for the people and equipment travelling throughout the day, including anything that stays with the vehicle between stops. Compare all seven categories below rather than treating a class label as extra luggage space. The exact vehicle, the fit of larger items and the arrangements for the full itinerary still need confirmation.

Questions worth settling
Hourly chauffeur in Barcelona: FAQs
Do the duration choices mean there is a two-hour minimum?
No. The form’s duration choices describe the length of an enquiry. Minimum hire, availability, pricing and the exact period covered must be set out in your quote rather than inferred from a dropdown option.
Can an hourly itinerary include the airport?
You can ask for an airport pickup or final drop-off as part of the itinerary. Add the flight details, addresses and the overall schedule so the route, time and terms can be checked together. An airport leg is not automatically included in every hourly quote.
Is a route or mileage allowance included?
There is no published mileage allowance for all enquiries. List the intended stops and any travel outside Barcelona, then ask the quote to identify the route or distance covered and the treatment of additional travel.
What if a meeting finishes later than planned?
Ask how extra time and itinerary changes will be handled when reviewing the quote. A longer appointment may affect the vehicle’s availability and price; additional hours are not guaranteed simply because the original request was hourly.
Does hourly hire include a guided Barcelona tour?
The enquiry covers transport arrangements. Guiding, attraction tickets, admissions and venue bookings are separate unless expressly agreed. Include any walking stops or visits in the itinerary so the transport schedule can be planned around them.
