01 / PLAN YOUR JOURNEY

From an arrival to the first appointment

For an airport-to-meeting journey, include the flight and the actual meeting address as well as the appointment time. If a hotel stop is needed first, say whether it is a short luggage drop or a separate part of the visit. This makes the requested itinerary more useful than a general note such as “airport to the office.”

For a meeting at Fira Gran Via, Fira Montjuïc, an office in Poblenou or a hotel in Eixample, give the full venue address and entrance. Fira’s venues are separate locations, so include the venue name, event and hall where relevant. If someone is meeting your guest, agree a reachable contact and a practical collection point.

02 / PLAN YOUR JOURNEY

Several meetings or several travellers

An hourly enquiry can describe a day with multiple stops; separate transfers may fit journeys with unrelated times or different groups. A sample working day might combine a hotel pickup, two appointments and a final station drop-off. Mark which appointments are fixed, how long each should take and whether the same party travels throughout.

For visiting colleagues arriving separately, list each flight or train movement, the group assigned to it and the baggage travelling with that group. Ask for the arrangements to be checked as separate legs where needed. The website does not guarantee that one vehicle can cover overlapping requests.

03 / PLAN YOUR JOURNEY

Billing and practical requirements to raise early

Add the company name, billing contact and any purchase-order or invoice requirements in your enquiry comments. Ask whether the requested billing format, currency, payment method or other administrative conditions can be accommodated before confirming. There is no assumed corporate account, credit facility or tax treatment.

If the guest has particular luggage, equipment, language or accessibility needs, describe them rather than treating an executive vehicle label as a specification. The vehicle category is a preference; the assigned model and any requested arrangements are confirmed with the quote. Avoid adding unnecessary confidential meeting material to the form.

Send a useful business travel brief

  • Travel date, flight or train details where relevant.
  • Guest count for each journey and standard-bag totals.
  • Full collection and destination addresses with entrances if known.
  • Fixed meeting times, expected stop lengths and the final drop-off.
  • A reachable organiser or traveller contact.
  • Billing requirements and any equipment or accessibility request.

Three steps to a clear plan

  1. Choose a direct leg or an itinerary

Use Transfer for one journey or Hourly chauffeur for a schedule that needs several stops.

  2. Brief the journey

Add addresses, guests, timings and any flight, station, baggage or billing details.

  3. Check the proposal

Confirm the vehicle, collection instructions, quote and payment or invoicing arrangements before travel.

All seven vehicles for your journey

Match the category to each group of travellers and the baggage or equipment moving with them. A class preference and a capacity requirement are separate parts of the brief. Compare all seven options below, then explain any presentation equipment, multiple guest movements or larger cases before confirming the assigned vehicle.

Business travel in Barcelona: FAQs

Should I choose Transfer or Hourly chauffeur for business travel?

Use Transfer for a direct journey with one pickup and destination. Choose Hourly chauffeur when you want several stops considered as one itinerary. Describe the actual schedule so the appropriate arrangement can be confirmed rather than assuming one format is always cheaper or available.

Can I enquire on behalf of a colleague?

Yes. Identify the traveller and the person coordinating the journey, and provide a contact arrangement that will work at collection. Include only the information needed for transport; confidential meeting details are not required.

Can I request transport for several arriving guests?

List each arrival, group size, luggage and destination. If the times overlap, ask for the separate movements to be assessed. Vehicle availability and coordination of multiple legs must be confirmed; a single enquiry does not reserve several vehicles.

Will a company invoice be available?

State the company details and the invoice or purchase-order requirements when enquiring. The operator must confirm the billing format, payment conditions and any relevant tax information with the quote. This draft does not promise a corporate account or particular invoicing treatment.

Are Wi-Fi, refreshments or a particular driver language included?

No such inclusion is promised on this website. If an amenity, language or accessibility arrangement matters to the journey, request it in the comments and wait for specific confirmation before relying on it.
